Can I reduce the charge for my DUI case?

I was recently stopped for a DUI with a .08 alcohol level. Will I have the opportunity to have the charge reduced?

There is almost no chance an ADA would reduce a DWI charge (depends on the county). Your best chance is to hire an attorney who can aggressively fight every aspect of the charge and try and get you off of the charges that way.
